Channel Pilot Pro has enabled the usage of "Amazon VAT Calculation services". The service allows you to access specialized VAT reports from Amazon. If you choose to enroll in VCS, you can use Amazon-provided tax data to create your invoices and upload them on Amazon.
Steps:
Enroll on Amazon VCS: To access the tax data for invoices and orders, enroll in the Amazon VCS program and enable it on your seller central account
A detailed guide on how to enable Amazon VAT Calculation services can be found on Amazon's official page. https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G202120290?mons_sel_mkid=amzn1.mp.o.A1PA6795UKMFR9&mons_sel_mcid=amzn1.merchant.o.A2UN0X0Y1BK5TI&mons_sel_persist=true
Once the VCS services are enabled on Amazon, Channel Pilot Pro will automatically be able to extract the VAT reports for your shop that Amazon has prepared
You don’t need to do any additional steps to enable these reports on Channel Pilot Pro
The VAT reports are then incorporated in the order details and invoice data
In case you don’t have VCS enabled on Amazon, we will continue to use regular order data from the Orders API
Invoice upload: Once you have received your order and tax data from VCS VAT reports through Channel Pilot Pro, you can continue to use our invoice upload feature to upload the invoices on Amazon.
