Own customer-group only for CPP-orders
Create an extra customer-group in SW for the purpose
Make sure the customer-group is mapped to the registered sales-channel
Makesure that customers are bound to a sales-channel (no standard setting in SW)
Make sure that the correct customer-group is available (during plugin-sync/registration) and selected in CPP on the related marketplace
Then the every new customer will get the custom-group which is created specialy for this purpose
You can use your default customgroup which is created by shopware, but if you want to make sure that all data is clearly separated, then we recommend using the option described above.
Manually register a special SalesChannel on CPP
Make sure the sales-channel you want to use, is a store-front SalesChannel
Make sure that all necessary entries are filled for the saleschannel
Name
Customer-Group
Countries
Languages
Payment types (have to be active minimum for this saleschannel) → the payment types have to get names (empty names lead to error during import)
Delivery Types (have to be active minimum for this saleschannel) → the delivery types have to get names (empty names lead to error during import)
Domains (minimum one domain has to be registered, which is unique for this sales-channel)
Status (has to be active)
Check if the sales-channel is available for the plugin → if not, it is not configured correctly
Make sure that all settings are set like expected (see general part in the help section)
Make sure that in “All Saleschannels” this Token-part is empty
Select the SalesChannel which has to be used, remove the purpel markings and add the tokens
Select the correct saleschannel-id, which can be found in the URL of the SalesChannel and register it in CPP
