API
The API offers you a direct interface to an application or service between your product database, your store or your merchandise management system without any further intermediate processes.
SELLER API
Channel Pilot Pro offers you a SOAP API for automated control of your marketing activities.
With this, you can optimize the sales processes for marketplaces by automating them. You import orders, transmit payment receipt, send shipping notifications or cancel orders.
Via this interface you can reach every marketplace you have connected via Channel Pilot Pro. This way you manage your business processes from your system and avoid manual data transfer and process interruptions.
In addition, the prices adjusted by Channel Pilot Pro can also be retrieved.
The interface can be used, for example, to connect store systems, product databases or entire merchandise management systems directly to eBay, as well as to develop individual software solutions.
CAPI
Channel Pilot Pro offers you your own REST API for importing product data.
A CAPI offers you basic functions such as update, create and delete product data and can be integrated into an existing import process just like a regular import or replace it completely.
Contrary to other import variants, the data is pushed from you side via CAPI to Channel Pilot Pro and not retrieved by Channel Pilot Pro.
This way you can determine much more precisely which data is to be imported and when.
