With the control modules, you can access saved configurations from the control centre at any time. If the respective module is activated, you can access the list of control articles matching the configuration. You can also change the name of the module, activate or deactivate the module and activate e-mail notification.
On the overview page, next to the title of the module, you can see the number of articles that match the specified parameters and articles already disabled by this module. If you click on one of the tiles, you will go directly to the respective control module.
Each control module contains a configuration area and a list area.
The "configuration area" is hidden by default. Click on the respective control module to make it visible. Now you can change the name, enable or disable the module, enable or disable the email notification.
In addition, you can set the control module to automatic. Means that once a day, all articles that match the specified parameters will be deactivated automatically. Additionally, you can delete the module here.
When a module is deleted, all items disabled by that module are enabled again and therefore released for export.
You can load the module into the control centre to view the settings of the module and make adjustments if necessary. Those adjustments can be saved in a new module.
In the lower area, you will find the list of articles that apply to the parameters.
The list area is only visible if the control module is active and contains articles.
