How to use the export:

Use column "id" as unique article number!

Note: Enter the value that you have defined as the “unique article number” here. For example, it can also be the SKU or a value other than the “ID”.

Hooks (for possible manual handling):

Order handling:

Partial delivery

  • Log in to the Shopify backend and switch to order overview. Open the order you want to edit.

  • Click on "Fulfill items" and choose the amount of articles you want to deliver.

  • Click on "Fulfill items" again.

  • Go back to "Order details" within Channel Pilot Pro.

The delivery quantity for the corresponding order should have changed.

  • You can see all the important information at a glance in the order details.

If you would like to send further partial quantities, proceed as described above.

Set TrackingID

  • Log in to the Shopify backend and switch to order overview. Open the order you want to edit.

  • Click "Fulfill items" in the order.

  • Next, enter the "TrackingID" of the shipping service provider.

ATTENTION!

If you want to provide a return "TrackingID", please add a second "TrackingID".

The second "TrackingID" is always used automatically as "Return Tracking ID".

Delivery handling:

To process orders in your online store and sales channels, you need to set up your order "fulfillment" and "shipping settings", such as shipping rates, locations, and shipping profiles.

Cancellation handling:

Canceling an order indicates that you're halting order processing. For example, if a customer requests a cancellation, or you suspect the order is fraudulent, then you can cancel the order to help prevent staff or fulfillment services from continuing work on the order.

You can also cancel an order if an item was ordered and isn't available.

It is possible to extract metafields from Shopify and provide them as .csv on a SFTP server.

The following information are mandatory and must be complete to provide this file:

  • SFTP server address on which the file should be placed.

    • IMPORTANT: SFTP is required, it is not possible to connect to FTP.

  • Port-ID over which the connection should be established (default here is 22)

  • SFTP username + password with which you can log in to SFTP

  • Full file path on the SFTP where the file should be stored (default is /)
