To successfully manage (create, sync and/or delete) items with Channel Pilot Pro to Google Merchant Center the following requirements are necessary:
Requirement | Description |
Merchant Center account | To use Google Shopping via API from Channel Pilot Pro, a Google Account with a Merchant Center access is required. This Merchant Center access allows the user to access directly from Channel Pilot Pro.

Merchant Center ID | In order to assign articles to the correct Merchant Center, the respective Merchant Center ID is required. This can be found at the top right corner next to the name of the merchant center in the Google Merchant Center interface. |
Creation / management of sub accounts | To create / manage multiple sub accounts in Google Merchant Center, this feature must be requested in Google Merchant Center.
The request can be found under Tools and Settings --> Account Settings --> Advanced Account Setup --> Request Conversion.
It is not possible to reverse this conversion. |
