Authorization and Setup

Available channels

  • TikTok DE (44991)

  • TikTok Spain (46703)

  • TikTok France (46704)

Booking the channel

Since TikTok isn’t publicly available, you need to request our support or Account Manager to enable a specific TikTok channel for your shop.

Please provide the following information in your request:

  1. CPP Customer ID

  2. Shop ID (CPP Shop ID)

  3. CPP Channel ID or name

Grant Access

Once the channel is booked, please go to

  • channel settings > click grant access > login to your TikTok seller account in the pop-up > allow authorization

Adding Credentials

Once the grant access flow is completed, please go back to channel settings and add the following information:

  1. App key: 6h1njbi577cgd

  2. App secret: f34f33c865084bf5f2753c2aaa335c8e71883149

  3. TikTok Shop ID (please don’t add the CPP shop ID here): It’s the seller ID for your TikTok Shop

Adding/Updating Taxonomy

To enable taxonomy, please request our support or your Account Manager to enable the taxonomy for your channels by adding the shop to the taxonomy channel configuration.

Please add the following details to the ticket:

  1. Channel (DE, FR or Spain)

  2. CPP Cus ID

  3. CPP Shop ID

Once the taxonomy table is updated, we run a taxonomy update automatically at 1:45am every day. The export for your specific shop will be updated after that automatically.
