There is one special feature when setting up the Netto and Marktkauf channels: the channels must NOT be activated until a client_id (merchant) has been stored:
Otherwise, the data will be lost and block processes at Netto/Marktkauf.
Please contact Jan Nathan or Mathieu for assistance. They will request the client_id and commission rate (which is different for each seller) and can then store them.
