Control Centre

You are here: Feedengine -> Control -> Control Centre

The control centre is the core of control and monitoring. Here you can use control formulas and control filters to check all the key figures of your articles and, if necessary, exclude articles from export to certain marketing channels. You also have the option of saving the current configuration in "control modules" and make them permanently available.

Control formulae

The most important elements of your control centre are the formulas. Here, you can set up to five different formulas that are applied to your articles. This is an AND link, which means that only articles to which all set formulas apply will be displayed.

Each formula consists of three elements: The code number, the operator and the value. As operators, you can use less than, greater than and equal to. The value can be a fixed numerical value or a code number.

Control filters

In the lower area of your control centre, various filters can be specified. You can limit the search for articles to individual online stores or marketing channels.

If you have set up categories, you can also limit your search to individual categories. Below the category filter, there is a selection box for master articles. If you have specified master articles in your product catalogue, you can specify that your articles are displayed grouped as master articles.

If you have decided to search all your online stores or marketing channels, you have the option of displaying the results grouped together using the "Comprehensive" checkbox.

The key figures of the articles are then no longer displayed for each store or channel individually, but collectively. In addition, you can limit the time period of your search using the selection boxes below the filters.

Once everything is set, you can view the results.

To do so, press the "LOAD PREVIEW" button. After a few moments, a list of articles that apply to the set formulas and filters will appear below the control centre.

By clicking on the button "Apply New Control Setting" you now can save your settings. In the following window, you can enter a name for the control module. You can then access your configuration at any time in the "Control Modules" area.
