In the "Disabled Articles" section of control, you can see which articles are disabled for export to marketing channels. There are several reasons for a disabled article:
Via a control module.
Via a monitoring function
Manually via the control centre
Here you have the possibility to enable those articles and to export the list of disabled articles. You can also see how long this article has been disabled and whether it will be reactivated automatically.

Sort and filter
You have several options to filter and sort the list of disabled items.
Click on the gear wheel at the top right of the table to show or hide the columns to display.
Click on the arrows next to the column headers to sort the list. This is then done in ascending or descending order.
ID: If the field "ID" is hidden, the checkbox for activating the articles is hidden.
disabled since: Look at the time period since when the lock is active, or enter a period for display.
SKU.: View the list sorted by SKU.
Parent ID: View the list sorted by parent ID.
Title: Sort the list by name.
disabled from: Get an overview of why the items were disabled.
Channel: View the channel for which the items are disabled.
Shop: See for which shops the items are disabled.
Reactivation: See if a reactivation is planned. You can set this in the respective control module or monitoring function.
Re-activate disabled articles
Click the checkbox in the left column of the table to select the row. You can select several rows at once.
Click on "Re-activate product" below the table to unlock the selected articles and enable them for export.
Export list
Click the icon to export your list as .xlsx.
Enter the name of the list and the location where you want to save it.
Click on "Save".
Open the list in Excel. Here you can further edit, save and print the list.
You can also open the list in "OpenOffice", or if you use MacOS, with "Numbers".
