The multitude of marketing channels offered by Channel Pilot Pro allows you to advertise your products to a wide audience.
Channel overview
The channel overview is the starting page of your channel management. Here you can manage your channels or add new channels.
The tiles give you information about the current status of the channel:
red background: Channel is active
gray background: channel is inactive and no products are exported
yellow banner: no costs have been entered yet
Offers: Number of offers exported via the channel once the export URL has been stored in the backend of the respective channel.
Add Channel
Click on the blue tile "Insert new channel".
A window will open where you can select a channel.
Click the Login button to go to the external login of the channel provider.
Click on the "Add channel button" to add the channel to your store.
The channel can now be found in the channel overview and is ready for configuration.
Group channels
If you have many channels, you can group them for a better overview.
Click on "Add group".
Enter a name for the group.
Click "Add Group".
Drag and drop the channels into the group.
Groups can be removed using the "Delete Group" button.
Attention: If you delete a group, all channels in it will be deleted as well. Drag all channels to another group to save them.
