The Manage Categories tab provides an overview of all active, inactive, assigned and unassigned categories. The tabular display can be sorted as desired.
Manual category assignment
a) Assign channel categories per shop categories
If your feed has categories and you have already stored them, they will appear on the left side of the open table. Directly to the right are the categories of the marketplace. In this step you assign your shop categories to the categories of the marketplace.
Select the shop category you wish to assign by clicking on the appropriate channel category area key.

Or click on the arrow to the left of the input field.
A window opens in which you can navigate downwards until you find the desired channel category. Please finish by clicking on the button "Confirm selection".
Once you have done this, the selected channel category will be displayed both on the left-hand side (after the selected shop category) and on the right-hand side (after the related items belonging to your shop category).
b) Assign channel categories per item
On the right-hand side of the Manage Categories table, you will see a list of items that correspond to the selected shop category on the left-hand side.
The steps here are the same as above, the only difference is that the changes only apply to the current item.
c) Manual deactivation of articles
By pressing the On/Off button, individual articles and even entire categories can be spontaneously excluded from export.
