Some functions in Channel Pilot Pro are based on the default mapping of data fields.
Below you will find the explanation of those data fields, what functions they provide and why it is important to use them correctly:
Master Item Number:
Provides the ability to group variants of an item family and pass variant-creating attributes such as size and color (Ex. for Amazon, Ebay, etc.).
Product Name:
Displayed in various places in Channel Pilot Pro, such as the analysis area.
Category:
Provides the ability via the Manage Category area to exclude categories and map your store categories to channel categories.
Currency as ISO4217 code:
If the channel specifies that the currency symbol should be included in the price field, the value stored here will be used for the transmission.
