Can I create my own templates?
No. Creating templates is only possible through Channel Pilot Pro.
What is the difference between "Templates" and "Blueprints"?
A template is a template for a "custom data field" and can only be created and edited by Channel Pilot Pro.
You can only set the parameters within a template. No editing is possible in the formula area.
Templates can be used by all Channel Pilot Pro customers.
If you have suggestions for new templates, please contact your Account Manager. We will check your suggestion and give you feedback.
Blueprints are templates for "custom data fields". These can be created, edited and deleted by you and by Channel Pilot Pro.
Blueprints are only available to you within your account.
Where can I see where I have used the template?
You can get an overview of the data fields in which the template is used here:
Click on the relevant data field and open the "Usage overview".
By clicking on one of the data fields listed under "Parameters with their own data field", you will be taken directly to the corresponding data field.
