The first “productSafetyRole” can only be DISTRIBUTOR OR MANUFACTURER_AND_DISTRIBUTOR.
Solution:
If the role of the only address is manufacturer, use MANUFACTURER_AND_DISTRIBUTOR to avoid problems with the listing.
