Within the article overview you can see the status of your articles in the price analysis and get an overview of the requested data.
You can see whether your articles are currently being analyzed or when the price data was last updated. In addition, you can jump directly to your article on the corresponding channel, if the article can be found there. You can also see this in the status.
Dashboard
Within the Dashboard you can see the current query statistics for the selected Channel.
Queried articles: Count / share of items polled through the channel.
Articles with offers: Count / share of items for which price data was found via the channel.
Articles without offers: Count / share of items for which no price data was found on the channel.
Incorrect articles: Count / share of items that were not found on the channel.
Errors: Count / share of articles for which no query could be created, e.g. due to an incorrect EAN format.
Article Overview
The table of the article overview contains the following columns:
Item number: Your unique item number.
EAN/GTIN: General unique article number.
Article: The name of the article.
Details: button to view the details of the article.
Channel: The source of the price data.
Group: The groups the item is in, separated by commas.
Status: The status of the article's price analysis for this channel.
Last updated: The date and time of the last query.
To portal: Direct link to the portal if the item was found.
Detailed View
The detailed view offers you an insight into the price data of an article.
Call it up via this button in the article overview:
In the upper area you can switch source for prices and select whether you want to show prices including or excluding shipping costs:
There you will also find the most important information about the item:
Item number: Your unique item number.
EAN/GTIN: General unique article number.
Manufacturer: Manufacturer of the item.
Price: Your current price.
Margin: The margin of your item, if it is transmitted in the feed.
Best price: The current best price on the channel for the item.
Difference: The difference between your price and the current best price.
The graphic shows you the price history of the article from different shops. You can select and deselect the shops to be displayed below the graphic. You can also select the time period of the display.
In the table in the lower half of the window you can find detailed information about the item broken down by shop:
Rank: Shop position sorted by price.
Store: The name of the shop
Price: Your current price
Difference: Difference to the lowest price on the channel
Trend: Price trend this year as an arrow
Average day: Average price today
Average week: Average price this week
Average month: Average price this month
Average year: Average price this year
