Who can create a Blueprint?
Blueprints can be created by anyone who has access to your account and your shop system.
Blueprints can also be created by Channel Pilot Pro. If you need help, please contact your account manager.
How do I know where the corresponding blueprint is used?
You can find an overview of the custom data fields in which the blueprint is used here:
Click on the relevant blueprint and open the "Usage overview".
What is the difference between "blueprints" and "templates"?
Blueprints are templates for "custom data fields". These can be created, edited and deleted by you and Channel Pilot Pro.
Blueprints are only available to you.
Templates can only be created and edited by Channel Pilot Pro.
Templates are available to all Channel Pilot Pro customers.
